Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping
An old fashioned Hot Fudge Sauce that you can whip up in a jiffy!

2 c sugar
4 t. flour
4 t. cocoa powder
1 can evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed)
1/2 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1Combine the dry ingredients in a saucepan and blend them together.
2Add the milk, butter and vanilla and begin to heat, stirring constantly.
3Bring to a boil and boil for 3-5 minutes.
4When the sauce is thick, remove from the heat and serve over ice cream!
Store the leftover sauce in the refrigerator.
