Main Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 eggs 1 1/4 cups flour

8 ounces softened cream cheese

1 jar hot fudge topping

regular or mini chocolate chips for top, optional


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9x13 pan with tin foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2Melt together 1c butter and 1 1/4c chocolate chips in 30-second increments.

3In a mixing bowl, add together 3/4c cocoa powder, 2c sugar, 1/4c brown sugar, 1tsp vanilla extract, and 1/2tsp salt.

4Mix in chocolate and butter mixture until incorporated.

5Add in 4 eggs one at a time.

6Slowly incorporate 1 1/2c flour until just mixed.

7Pour 1/2-2/3 of batter into pan.

8In a separate bowl, combine 8oz cream cheese and one jar of hot fudge. Spread in pan on top of batter.

9Cover with remaining batter and top with chocolate chips.

10Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until the edges of the brownies pull away from the pan.

11Once completely cooled, cover and chill in the fridge at least two hours before cutting. Continue to store in fridge.
