Main Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 tsp white vinegar

2 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

3/4 cup all - purpose flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup marshmallows

1/2 cup graham crackers, crushed

Preparation

1Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x9" baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with coconut oil baking spray.

2In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix the butter and granulated sugar until combined. Next, mix in the cocoa powder, salt, white vinegar, and vanilla. Then mix in the eggs.

3On top of the wet ingredients, place the flour and cinnamon, then mix. Fold in the marshmallows and graham crackers.

4Pour the batter into the prepared pan. If you'd like, add more crushed graham crackers and marshmallows on top. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
