Main Ingredients

4 cups shredded chicken breast

1 cup sliced red grapes

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt or plain greek yogurt

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon cider vinegar

1 teaspoon raw honey

1 teaspoon olive oil

salt and pepper to taste


1In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, vinegar, honey, and olive oil. Whisk until all the ingredients are blended together.

2Add chicken to honey mustard mixture, tossing to coat.

3Pour in grapes and fold into chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Chill and serve with celery sticks, cucumber slices, or green apple slices.

Additional Notes

Using store-bought rotisserie chicken would be a great time-saver for this recipe!
