Main Ingredients

1 cup bob's red mill buckwheat pancake/waffle mix

3/4 cup of cold milk

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 egg figs

honey

cashew butter

coconut oil spray

Preparation

1Combine the mix, egg, oil, cold milk and mix well. Heat up your skillet and spray it completely with coconut oil. Once it is hot, pour in a few scoops of your pancake mix into the skillet. When your pancakes start to bubble in the middle, they are ready to flip! You will know when they are done when you can press the middle of the pancakes with your finger and they fluff back up! You will only need to cook them for a couple of minutes on each side!

Additional Notes

I love topping mine with figs, honey and cashew butter!
