Homemade Vegan Granola

4 cups rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup raisins
1 tbsp flax meal
1/2 tbsp vanilla bean powder
1 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup)
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
1Mix oats, coconut, almonds, raisins, flax meal and vanilla bean powder until well combined
2Add agave (or maple syrup) and mix well until all combined
3Line baking tray with parchment paper or silicone baking mat and pour mixture onto tray. Even it out into a think layer
4Bake at 375F for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through
5Once done, let cool completely. Add vegan chocolate chips, mix well. ENJOY!
