Homemade Sugar Free Margaritas

Main Ingredients

6 - 7 2 cups fresh squeezed lime and grapefruit juices (about limes and 1 large grapefruit)

2 cups of tequila

2 tablespoons honey

5 cups cubed ice

1 cup water

Preparation

1Cut the limes and grapefruit in half.

2Set up a 4 Cup capacity measuring cup right underneath the spout of the juicer.

3Juice the fruit using an electric juicer until you have 2 cups.

4Add the honey and tequila to the measuring cup and stir it up until the honey breaks down and dissolves.

5Toss the ice into the pitcher and pour in the mixture of fruit juice, tequila, and honey. Add the water.

6Stir it up and give it a taste. You can add a little more honey now if it’s a little too sour. If it tastes too strong you can either add another 1/2 Cup- 1 Cup of water now or wait until the flavors marry and the ice melts a bit and retaste.

7Store in the fridge (preferably covered) until ready to serve.
