Homemade Granola

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix your oats, nuts, chia seeds, maple syrup, coconut oil, salt and vanilla extract together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out your mixture evenly. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Take out your granola and stir in your coconut chips, bake for an additional 5-7 minutes. Main Ingredients

4 cups old fashioned oats

1/3 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1/2 cup coconut chips

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp organic vanilla extract

pinch of pink sea salt

optional: dried fruit and dark chocolate chips
