Main Ingredients

stale bread cut into small cubes

olive oil

your favorite seasoning

Preparation

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2If you haven't already; cut your bread into little cubes (Really little remember they're going to be super hard when it's all done- I made the mistake of making giant croutons the first time I tried to make them myself)

3Sit bread into a large bowl and mix with olive oil until bread is saturated.

4Mix in your favorite seasoning.

5Toss the bread cubes until covered fully with oil and seasoning.

6Throw cubes onto a greased baking sheet.

7Bake for 10 minutes or until cubes are golden.

Additional Notes

Cater your spice pallet to your favorite type of salad or soup!
