Main Ingredients

1 cup whole almonds, soaked overnight

12 cups water

optional: vanilla, stevia

Preparation

1Add almonds to your high speed blender and add 4-5 cups of water and blend together until it is smooth and milky. (Add optional ingredients, if using, before blending)

2Place a cotton dish towel/cheesecloth - I use an Ikea dish towel- in a bowl and pour the milk onto the cloth. Join the corners of the cloth and squeeze until the liquid is drained.

3Place almonds back in blender and repeat until you've used all your water.

Additional Notes

Tip: You can keep your almond grounds in the freezer and once you have enough, dry them out on a baking sheet and make your own almond flour. Winning!
