Herbes de Provence is a mixture of dried herbs, originating from Provence, southeastern France. Herbes de Provence are typically used to flavour grilled fish and meat, as well as vegetable stews.

2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
1 tablespoon dried savory
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried fennel seed
1Mix them all together and store in an airtight jar.
