1/2 onion, minced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp ground mustard powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1Mix all ingredients together and BBQ it!
2Serve on sprouted bread.
3Flavoured with Veganese and topped with lettuce leaves.
Add in quinoa flakes for extra bulk thats rich in protein and glutenfree.
