Hearty Breakfast Oatmeal Loaf
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a glass bread dish with Pam. Combine all ingredients except for 1 packet of Stevia in a food processor or blender. Blend ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into the sprayed glass bread dish. Sprinkle the top with 1 stevia packet. Place in 350 degree pre-heated over. Bake for 1 hour uncovered.

1 cup rolled-oats (old-fashioned)
8 oz cooked yams or pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups egg whites (from a carton or 15 egg whites)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 - 4 packets stevia or truvia
