Healthy Spinach, Mushroom, Egg, & Mozzarella Pasta

1/4 oz ( cup) spaghetti or pasta of choice
1 cup raw baby spinach
1/4 cup raw mushrooms
1 Large egg
1/4 Stick of mozzarella string cheese (or about cup shredded cheese)
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste (or other seasonings)
1Cook the pasta in boiling water, to your personal taste.
2In a separate small pan lightly greased with oil, sauté the chopped mushrooms for about 1 minute, or until they start shrinking. Then, add in the egg (you can choose to add milk to it for fluffiness, but I didn't). Add in the spinach and put a lid on the pan for about a minute, or until the leaves wilt. Finally stir in the cheese until melted.
3Add salt and pepper, or other seasonings, to taste.
4After draining the pasta, pour the veggie and egg mixture on the pasta.
