Main Ingredients

dry ingredients:

2 cups of organic rolled oats

1 scoop of vital proteins vanilla collagen peptides

1 cup of organic unsweetened shredded coconut

3/4 cup of pepitas

3/4 cup of raisin medley

2 tsp of cinnamon

2 tsp of turmeric

1/2 cup of walnuts crushed

1 tsp of chia seeds

wet ingredients

1 cup of maple syrup

1 tbs of honey

1 tbs of organic vanilla extract

3/4 cup of organic coconut oil

Preparation

1Preheat oven to 250-degrees

2Spray a baking sheet with coconut oil spray

3Place all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a spatula

4Optional-For bigger granola clusters you can mix the oats, collagen peptides, and nuts in a food processor which will help everything stick together better.

5Place the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and honey into a saucepan and heat on low until everything starts to bubble. Remove from heat and coat over dry ingredients.

6Mix everything together until coated and then place on a baking sheet. Make sure to spread the coat evenly to ensure proper cooking and cluster formation.

7Cook on low at 250-degrees for 45-minutes then turn and cook at 300-degress for another 20-25 minutes, depending on how crispy or creamy you want your granola to be.
