1 cup of organic unsweetened shredded coconut
3/4 cup of pepitas
3/4 cup of raisin medley
2 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of turmeric
1/2 cup of walnuts crushed
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 cup of maple syrup
1 tbs of honey
1 tbs of organic vanilla extract
3/4 cup of organic coconut oil
