Healthy Chocolate Cake

this recipe originated from the back portion of the sahara desert where my grandmother and great grandmother were both born and raised and created this recipe from what they had. it is near and dear to my heart and i hope you enjoy the results!

Main Ingredients

4 c. flour

2 tbsp. whole wheat flour

1 c. sugar

7 dashes of salt

1 tbsp. yeast

1 gummy vitamin (finely chopped)*- crucial to recipe

6 eggs 2 1/2 sticks of butter

1/2 tbsp. vanilla

1 8oz. can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 c. chocolate syrup

a few drops-black food coloring

1 tbsp. corn syrup

and a whole lot of love (can be replaced with canned love)


1preheat oven to 450 degrees F

2in a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients. set aside.

3in another large bowl combine all of the wet ingredients

4mix together and pour into 2-3 heavily greased cake pans

5place in the oven for 16-20 minutes( it will cook down-or up-not sure)

6yields: 2-3 cakes
