Main Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 medium yellow onion, diced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup sliced celery

salt and pepper to taste

1 pound ground lean chicken (93% lean)

8 ounce can tomato sauce

1/4 cup hot wing sauce (franks original)

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

greek yogurt blue cheese dressing

2 romaine lettuce leaves, per person

Preparation

1Shred carrots and slice celery; set aside.

2Heat oil in saute pan over medium heat, add onion and cook over medium low heat until soft and translucent.

3Add ground chicken, salt and pepper, and cook until done; breaking into smaller crumbles as you cook.

4Stir in tomato sauce, hot wing sauce and Worcestershire sauce; simmering for several minutes over low heat until heated through and combined well.

5Spoon onto Romaine lettuce leaves and top with shredded carrots, sliced celery and a dollop of Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese dressing.

6Enjoy!!

Additional Notes

You can also top with diced tomatoes and avocado for a little extra yumminess!!
