Main Ingredients

4 cups carrots, grated

1 small handful fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 green chilli, chopped

1 1/2 inch pc ginger, peeled and chopped fine

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tbsp. shredded coconut

1 .2 cup water

1 tbsp ghee

1/2 tsp. black mustard seeds

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1 pinch hing

1/4 tsp salt


1Grate carrots, set aside.

2Put cilantro, chilli, ginger, coconut and water in blender and blend to a fine paste.

3Heat saucepan on medium heat add the ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing. When the seeds pop, add the blended mixture and salt and brown it.

4Stir in the carrots and cook on medium heat until just tender. Approx 10 minutes.

Additional Notes

This is great for blood cleansing.
