Main Ingredients

1 gluten-free pizza crust, prepared according to directions

1 cup pineapple salsa or pineapple taco sauce*

4 sliced chicken sausage links (i used trader joe's chicken apple)

1/2 cup chopped pineapple

1/2 cup sautéed peppers and onions

1/4 cup sliced green onions

2 slices crumbled bacon

1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese


1Preheat the oven to 425.

2Place gluten-free crust on a baking sheet. Spread pineapple salsa on the crust, topping it with the remaining ingredients.

3Bake for about 10 minutes or until the toppings are warm and crisping.

Additional Notes

*To prepare my Pineapple Taco sauce, combine 3/4 cup ketchup (sugar free for whole 30), 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (omit for whole 30), 3/4 cup from the canned pineapple, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons pepper jelly (omit for whole 30) and the juice and zest of 1 lime in your food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth. Enjoy with tacos, grilled chicken, and even burgers.
