Harvest Muffins With Pumpkin And Apples
This is an all time favorite fall recipe. I get to combine all the best parts of the season- pumpkin, apples, and all the spices! I hope you find just as much warmth in these goodies as I do. To make them family-friendly, subsitute the cannabis butter for 1/2 cup coconut or vegetable oil

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 - 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. pumpkin puree
1/4 c. coconut oil (or veggie oil)
2 t. cannabis butter, melted
2 c. peeled, finely chopped apple
1In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
2In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and oil. Stir just until combined.
3Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; stir just until moistened. Stir in apples. Be sure not too over stir!
4Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full (there should be about 18 muffins). Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until golden browned and cooked in the center.
