Gut Healing Anti-inflammatory Turmeric Tea

This is my serious go-to drink whenever my digestion is just not feeling right. It's a spicy blend featuring gut healing superstar turmeric, with the added benefits of soothing gelatin.

Main Ingredients

1 cup 1 tbsp non-dairy milk of choice (i like almond milk)

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp honey

1 scoop gelatin


1In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp milk and gelatin. Mix until the gelatin thickens.

2In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and honey.

3Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.

4Remove saucepan from heat and add gelatin mixture.

5Continue to stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

6Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy warm!
