1 can chickpeas
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips or dark chocolate pieces
1Rinse and drain chickpeas.
2Place chickpeas and remaining ingredients (except for chocolate chips) in a blender or food processor. Process on high until smooth and creamy.
3Stir in chocolate chips and place in refrigerator to chill for a few minutes.
4Grab a big spoon and dig in!
