Stir Fry With Ground Turkey And Veggies
This is a quick and easy stir fry that can be thrown together in minutes. You can switch up the vegetables to use whatever you have on hand, I happened to have these vegetables on hand. You can pair this stir fry with rice, vegetable noodles or even put it inside of some lettuce and eat it like a taco. 3 smart points for half of the recipe.

Cook Time: 00:15
5 oz. cooked 99% fat-free ground turkey
1 medium zucchini, diced
2 medium carrots, diced
1/2 snow peas, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1Heat a saute pan or wok to medium-high heat, spray with cooking oil and brown the ground turkey until it is cooked through.
2Remove ground turkey and add zucchini, carrots, snow peas and onions. Cook until softened slightly, but still have a bite to them. Approximately 2 minutes.
3Add cooked ground turkey, garlic and ginger to vegetable mixture and saute one more minute.
4Add turmeric to the pan and cook for 30 seconds to toast the spices.
5Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce to mixture and stir to combine. Cook to let soy sauce reduce a bit. When sauce is reduced add the sesame oil.
