Grilled Burittos With Chicken And Avocado
This recipe comes together easily and is a definite crowd pleaser! If you're short on time, you could use a rotisserie chicken.

6 burrito sized tortillas
4 large skinless boneless chicken breast
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime zest from lime
1 tablespoon lime juice (from 1 lime)
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
2 large avocados, diced
1 - 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese (or mexican cheese blend)
1/2 cup salsa verde
1/2 cups sour cream with 1 teaspoon lime juice
chopped fresh cilantro
1Place chicken breasts in olive oil, lime zest, lime zest, salt and Old Bay and marinate for at least one hour or overnight. Prepare a gas grill and grill chicken over medium heat until done. Slice chicken into 1/2-inch thick slices.
2Assemble the burritos by adding a layer of salsa verde, followed by sour cream, chicken, avocado, shredded cheese, and cilantro. Fold-in sides and roll.
3Return burritos to the grill just long enough to melt the cheese. Serve with extra sour cream if desired.
