1 roughly cup pineapple, frozen
1/4 - 1/2 cup coconut milk, chilled (canned)
splash of almond milk
1 tsp greens powder, i used ergogenics whole greens
1/2 frozen banana
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
crack of black pepper
1/4 tsp maple syrup (optional)
2 tbsp chia seeds
goji berries, dried

You can slightly adjust your ingredient proportions to make it thicker or thinner but I'd suggest not making your smoothie too sweet because that would defeat the purpose of having a nutritious green smoothie.
