1 roughly cup pineapple, frozen

1/4 - 1/2 cup coconut milk, chilled (canned)

splash of almond milk

handful spinach

1 tsp greens powder, i used ergogenics whole greens

1/2 frozen banana

1/8 tsp turmeric powder

crack of black pepper

1/4 tsp maple syrup (optional)

2 tbsp chia seeds

sunflower seeds

goji berries, dried

coconut shreds

pecans, broken

granola, unsweetened

1Blend all smoothie ingredients together and pour into a bowl, cup or jar.

2Add toppings and enjoy!

Additional Notes

You can slightly adjust your ingredient proportions to make it thicker or thinner but I'd suggest not making your smoothie too sweet because that would defeat the purpose of having a nutritious green smoothie.
