Green Coffee Smoothie

Smoothies are my go-to breakfast choice after a workout or when I know I’m going to have a busy morning. Nothing gets easier than just dumping all your ingredients in a blender and hitting blend. In under 2 minutes you’ve got a delicious smoothie at your fingertips. I like to get creative with my green drinks. And sometimes they’re not even green! But today’s smoothie was.

Main Ingredients

1 banana

1 c. spinach

1 tbsp almond butter

1 1/2 c. nut milk (i used coconut milk)*

4 - 6 coffee ice cubes


1Toss all ingredients into a blender

2Blend until completely smooth

*may need more or less milk depending on consistency preference
