I have taken a southern staple for bbq's and parties, and turned it into more of a dessert salad.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
5 cups green grapes, halved
5 cups red grapes, halved
1Wash grapes, and then slice them in half. I like to put them back into strainer to dry some so the mixture sticks to the grapes better.
2Segment an orange, and add to the grapes.
3In a large bowl, with a hand mixer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
4Add in powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl to incorporate everything.
5With a rubber scraper fold in sour cream, and yogurt.
6Add grapes and oranges to the bowl and fold gently to avoid squishing the fruit.
7Transfer to serving dish.
Try topping with crushed pecans, or butterfingers. Also try mixing in apples. I have tried this recipe using low fat cream cheese and sour cream, and it works just as well!
