Grandma Bachar's Chicken Paprika
Delicious!! Definitely comfort food

1 whole chicken quartered
1 onion onion
2 tb paprika
2 tb white vinegar
2 cups milk
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup flour
2 tb sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1*Use Non-Stick Pans!!
Use a Dutch over if possible!
2Place oil, paprika, and onion in pan and cook over medium heat for 15 min.
3Place chicken in pan for 20 min. turning chicken frequently
4Add salt,pepper, vinegar, sugar, and tomato sauce and cover for 45min. on LOW HEAT! DO NOT BURN!!
INGREDIENTS: 3 eggs, pinch on salt, 3c. flour, 1 1/2c. milk
6Mix all ingredients together until sticky (not runny!)
7Drop 1/2 tsp. of dough in boiling water for 20 min.
Drain and pour gravy over dumplings, topping with chicken
