Grain Free Breakfast Ideas: Healthy Homemade Poptarts
I found this recipe online and tweaked it a little. I can't even tell you how delicious these are. I wish I could find the original source. You will have so much fun making these with your kids and they way healthier than store bought ones.

Cook Time: 00:30
1 1/4 cup ottos cassava flour
1 stick softened butter
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1 scoop collagen of your choice
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp ground flaxseed mixed with 1 tsp water
organic jelly flavor of choice
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp water
1Blend ingredients in a food processor
2Add flour to the cutting board and cut out the dough
3Use a pizza cutter to cut into squares
4Add a small scoop of jelly to half the squares and put a plain square on top
5use a fork to seal edges
6put in the oven at 425 degrees for 25 min. let cool and drizzle with glaze.
7In a separate bowl add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to powdered sugar
8add 1 tbsp of water at a time also to powdered sugar til glaze consistency desired
