Main Ingredients

1/2 lb linguine or fettuccine

1/4 cup butter

2 chicken breasts (raw), sliced

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

1 red bell pepper, julienned

1 cup red onion, julienned

3 cups baby spinach

2 tsp seasoning salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

1Add 2-4 quarts of water to a large pot and heat on high until boiling. Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain pasta and set aside.

2While the water is heating up, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Begin, slicing chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion (make sure the chicken is prepared on a separate cutting board from the vegetables to avoid cross-contamination).

3Once chicken and vegetables are prepped, add butter to skillet. Once melted, add all veggies except spinach. Add 1 tsp seasoning salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Saute until chicken is almost cooked through, about 5 minutes.

4Add spinach and cook until wilted.

5Reduce heat to low and add cooked pasta to chicken and vegetables.

6Sprinkle cheese and remaining salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and toss until well-distributed.

7Remove from heat when cheese is just melted.
