Good Ole "corn" Bread Waffles

Mix dry ingredients together (bread mix through turmeric) in large glass bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside. Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl (eggs through coconut oil). Pour wet ingredients into dry. Whisk to combine. Set aside. Preheat waffle iron. Grease with coconut oil, using extra between batches. Once preheated, scoop batter into iron. Main Ingredients

1 box simple mills artisan bread mix

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/2 tsp turmeric

4 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Preparation

1Mix dry ingredients together (bread mix through turmeric) in large glass bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside.

2Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl (eggs through coconut oil).

3Pour wet ingredients into dry. Whisk to combine. Set aside.

4Preheat waffle iron. Grease with coconut oil, using extra between batches.

5Once preheated, scoop batter into iron. Cook as directed per your manufacturer's instructions. I used heaping 1/4 cup of batter.

6Remove once cooked. Cool on wire rack.

7Serve as desired. Enjoy!!
