Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Low carb, gluten free pizza crust! Only 3 ingredients

3/4 c almond flour
3/4 c mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp ricotta cheese
1 egg optional: italian seasoning, salt
1Preheat oven to 425 F
2In a bowl combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and ricotta cheese
3microwave for 1 minute, stir then microwave for another 30 seconds
4Mix in egg and optional seasoning
5place parchment paper on baking sheet and spread out dough to desired thickness-- *I put parchment paper on top to help me spread it out or you can use a rolling pin!
6Bake for 8-10 minutes
7Take out of oven and top with favorite toppings, bake for another 5-6 minutes
