4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp raw honey
1/3 cup almond milk
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1Preheat waffle iron. Grease iron with extra coconut oil if necessary.
2In a large blender, add all of your ingredients, starting with eggs.
3Put a lid on the blender and blend until smooth.
4Remove lid & pour batter onto preheated waffle iron, being careful not to overfill. Cook as directed per your waffle maker's instructions.
5Remove waffles once cooked & place on a wire rack to cool.
6Serve as desired. Enjoy!
