Heat oil in a pan. Once heated add cabbage, ACV, soy sauce and sautee until cabbage softens and liquid cooks down (3-5 minutes) Season as you are going. Serve.

1 head of purple cabbage chopped up

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

cooking oil of choice (i like avocado)

big pinch ground ginger

big pinch garlic powder

1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
