Main Ingredients

2 3/4 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup ground flax seeds

1/4 cup ground chia seeds

1/2 cup natural nut or seed butter

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup ginormous raisins

1/3 cup raw cacao or carob powder

1/4 cup raw honey

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 - 3/4 cup hot water

Preparation

1Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl or food processor until combined.

2If using a food processor use the dough setting or pulse until combined.

3The dough should be relatively stiff, but not super dry.

4Transfer to wax paper (easier cleanup)

5Separate into 16 pieces.

6Shape into circles or squares.

7Place bars in cupcake papers and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze.
