Main Ingredients

8 large potatoes, peeled and chopped into your desired sized pieces

3 garlic cloves, crushed

2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary*

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons sea salt


1Preheat oven to 180C/355F.

2Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.

3Place potatoes in a saucepan. Cover with cold water. and bring to the boil over a high heat.

4Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 12 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Return to your potatoes to the dry pan.

5Add your garlic, rosemary, olive oil and sea salt to the pan with your potatoes and toss to coat.

6Place your potatoes in a single layer on your prepared tray.

7Roast your potatoes for 30 to 50 minutes (depending on size) until golden and crisp, turning a few times in between.

Additional Notes

*You can switch the rosemary for whatever fresh herbs will compliment your main course.
