2 cups sugar
1/2 cups cocoa
1 cup milk
4 tbsp. vanilla
1Butter a 8x8 pan.
2Mix sugar, cocoa, and milk.
3Start boiling then reduce to medium.
4Use candy thermometer until it reads 238 degree.
5Add butter and vanilla.
6Beat with spoon until it loses its sheen. Spread in buttered pan.
