Fruity Granola Parfait
A simple, yet blissful mix of fruits, yogurt and crunchy granola.

1 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt, greek fruit yoghurt or plain or flavoured coconut yogurt
handful of granola (make sure not artificially sweetened)
berries or fruit of choice (cherries, mango, apple etc)
1 piece of dark chocolate or a date (optional)
1 - 1.5 tbsp honey/maple syrup/rice malt syrup (if using plain yoghurt)/ 3 dates
1Cut up fruits if needed.
2In a jar, bowl or glass, layer all ingredients or simply place all ingredients on top of yogurt.
3If adding sweetener, top it over at the end.
