Fruit Monster Post-workout Smoothie

1/2 stalk fresh kale
1/2 cup frozen fruit (your choice)
2 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt
1 cup water
1Remove kale leaves from the stalk, rinse and add to blender.
2Add frozen fruit, yogurt, water and a small handful of granola to the blender. Blend until smooth.
3Taste, add honey as needed, pulsing for 30 seconds to ensure it is well mixed.
4Pour into a glass and enjoy!
For a thicker smoothie, use 1/2 cup water and a bit more yogurt.
