Crumble Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup chickpea flour

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 1/2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup coconut oil

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp pure ground cinnamon

1 tbsp smile naturals wholefood blend +gogi berry

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp honey

Preparation

1Choose your own fruit base (examples: sliced peaches, apples, berries, or a combination of fruit) and prepare the fruit as needed- wash, peel slice etc.

2Grease a ceramic baking dish or cast iron pan with coconut or avocado oil, and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

3Place the prepared fruit into the bottom of the baking dish/pan.

4In a large mixing bowl mix oats, cinnamon, coconut flakes, Wholefood Blend, chickpea flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt.

5After the dry ingredients are mixed add in the maple syrup, honey and vanilla.

6Place the coconut oil in a microwave safe dish and microwave on low for 30 seconds to soften/melt the coconut oil.

7Add the coconut oil to the crumble mixture until evenly combined.

8Spoon the crumble mixture onto the prepared fruit in the baking dish/pan. Gently spread the crumble to each corner of the dish ensuring all the fruit is evenly covered with the crumble.

9Place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. The crumble is ready when the top starts to brown.
