Main Ingredients

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 6- ounce container of unsweetened vanilla coconut milk yogurt

1Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2Measure out 1 cup of frozen blueberries and place in a bowl. Take the lid off your yogurt.

3With a toothpick, dip each blueberry into the yogurt, coating it completely. Use another toothpick or fork to gently remove each covered blueberry onto the parchment paper.

4Repeat until all your blueberries are covered with yogurt.

5Place your cookie sheet in your freezer for 1 hour or until hardened and serve.

Additional Notes

For this non-dairy option, be sure to not confuse coconut flavored yogurt with coconut milk yogurt.

I recommend choosing an unsweetened coconut milk yogurt to reduce your intake of extra sugars.

I transferred the parchment paper to a storage container along with the blueberries. Note, the blueberries will slightly adhere to one another. Keep in your freezer until they are ready to be served or they will melt.
