Main Ingredients

1 cup sugar

3 Large eggs

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 can evaporated milk

1 regular size can whole milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 package cream cheese (optional)

Preparation

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Pour sugar in warm pan over medium heat. Constantly stir until it turns brown and becomes caramel. Quickly pour it into a deep pan or bowl that can go into the oven.

3Then in blender add the rest of the ingredients and pour it in the pan of bowl. Bake it for 45 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool, then place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
