Preheat oven to 375. Chop broccoli into florets about 1 inch big removing stems (can save these and make into a slaw or noodles!) Toss broccoli with oil or ghee. Evenly coat with spices. Cook for 20-25 minutes on a tinfoil lined baking sheet turning half way.

1 - 2 tbsp fat of choice (i like avocado oil or ghee)

other seasonings (i love turmeric, garlic powder, mustard powder, curry, paprika, not all together but a combination of those)
