Fat Free Hummus
Tasty garlic hummus, with no oil or tahini, so no fat!

3 cups cooked chickpeas
1 cup chickpea liquid
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt to taste
1Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Serving sizes are 2 TB
