Main Ingredients

8 sheets of chocolate graham crackers

5 tb of butter

1/4 sugar and 1/3 cup sugar, divided

16 oz blackberries

1/4 cup flour

1 cup half-n-half

1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

1 egg strawberries

Preparation

1Melt butter completely in the microwave.

2Crush 8 sheets of chocolate graham crackers (measures about a cup) in a plastic bag.

3Thoroughly mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press the moistened crumbs into a pie plate and around the edges.

4Combine the blackberries, 1/3 cup sugar, and flour.

5Cook blackberry mixture in a saucepan until thickened (around the consistency of a berry pie filling). Remove from heat.

6In a separate saucepan, bring half-and-half to a boil. Remove from heat immediately and stir in the chocolate until melted. Whisk in the egg.

7Pour the blackberries onto the pie crust and drizzle the chocolate over the top. Stir gently to evenly distribute the berries without breaking up the pie crust.

8Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let sit for an hour.

9Slice strawberries and arrange them over the top. Serve pie warm or chill in the fridge for a few hours.
