Extra Dark Skor Brownies

7 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup (62g) flour
1/4 cup (30g) extra dark cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
7 skor bars
1Grease an 8x8 square glass dish and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Mix butter and sugar until light and well combined. Set mixer to low and mix in the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
3Put half the batter in the glass dish and use a rubber spatula to spread it out evenly. Cover with a layer of Skor bars. Top with rest of batter and spread evenly.
4Bake for about 30 minutes. Let cool completely before digging in.
