Main Ingredients

1/3 cup elderberry syrup

3 tablespoons gelatin (or equivalent vegetarian sub, like agar).

2 tablespoons fruit juice (we prefer orange juice or apple juice. )

1 - 2 honey to taste (we used tsp honey per recipe. you can sub vegan alternative. )


1Combine all of the above ingredients in a saucepan and whisk until smooth and gelatin is mixed in. Will be a paste-y consistency.

2Heat on low and continue to whisk until the mixture liquefies and all ingredients are dissolved and evenly distributed.

3Remove from heat and pour mixture into molds, food storage containers, or whatever container you wish to use to set your gummies.

4Cool gummies in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or in the refrigerator until hardened and gummy-like. DO NOT allow them to freeze.

5When gummies are set, remove them from the molds, cut them into shapes, and store in a covered container in the fridge.
