Main Ingredients

1 - 9 pie crust for inch tart pan

8 large eggs

1 cup of heavy cream

1 cup of milk

1 cup of shredded havarti cheese

1/2 cup of shredded asiago, parmesan mix

1 cup of diced cooked ham

1/8 cup of diced chives

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of pepper

1 batch of hollandaise sauce


1Preheat oven to 375F. Roll out the pie dough and place it in the tart pan and gently press into the edges. Set aside.

2In a bowl combine all the ingredients and whisk together. Pour into the prepared tart pan. Place in the oven and bake for 60 minutes, or until the centre is set and doesn't jiggle too much.

3While the quiche is baking prepare the Hollandaise sauce by following the instructions on the link.

4Once the quiche is done baking, allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing the tart ring. Serve with warm Hollandaise sauce and a sprinkle of diced chives.
