Egg White Veggie Casserole
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a glass casserole dish with Pam. Pour in the carton of All Egg Whites. Spread the chopped onions, bell peppers and broccoli evenly over entire casserole. Sprinkle with seasoning. I used Turmeric and chili powder. Place in 350 degree pre-heated over. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Make sure center is firm before removing from oven.
